Welcome to 31 Days of Motion, a simple, supportive challenge designed to help you build consistency, confidence, and momentum through daily movement — without burnout.

This challenge is not about perfection, intensity, or doing “all the things.”
It’s about showing up in small, manageable ways that add up over time.

What This Challenge Is

Daily, approachable movement

✅ Short sessions (most days 5–20 minutes)
✅ Focused on consistency over intensity
✅ Built to fit into real life

What This Challenge Is NOT

An all‑or‑nothing program
❌ A weight‑loss challenge
❌ A competition
❌ A requirement to “go hard” every day

How It Works

Each day, you’ll see:

  • Today’s Motion (Minimum):
    A simple, achievable movement goal for the day.

  • Optional Level‑Up:
    If you’re feeling good and want more, you’ll have an option to increase intensity or time.

  • Mindset Win:
    A quick reminder of why today’s motion matters.

✅ Completing the minimum counts as a win.
🔥 Level‑ups are optional — never required.

How to Be Successful

  • Show up when you can

  • Do the minimum on busy or low‑energy days

  • Level up when it feels good

  • Miss a day? No problem — just pick back up tomorrow

There is no catching up and no falling behind.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

Modifications & Options

All movements can be:

  • Modified

  • Slowed down

  • Broken into smaller chunks

  • Swapped for something similar (walking instead of stairs, stretching instead of strength)

If it gets you moving with intention, it counts.
