This challenge is not about perfection, intensity, or doing “all the things.”
It’s about showing up in small, manageable ways that add up over time.
What This Challenge Is

Today’s Motion (Minimum):
A simple, achievable movement goal for the day.Optional Level‑Up:
If you’re feeling good and want more, you’ll have an option to increase intensity or time.Mindset Win:
A quick reminder of why today’s motion matters.

🔥 Level‑ups are optional — never required.
How to Be Successful
Show up when you can
Do the minimum on busy or low‑energy days
Level up when it feels good
Miss a day? No problem — just pick back up tomorrow
There is no catching up and no falling behind.
Consistency beats perfection every time.
Modifications & Options
All movements can be:
Modified
Slowed down
Broken into smaller chunks
Swapped for something similar (walking instead of stairs, stretching instead of strength)
If it gets you moving with intention, it counts.
